☠️ 70 Years of Poison. 0 Years of Consent ☠️
We know why corporations keep choosing herbicide spraying: it is cheaper and easier to poison entire areas than to act responsibly, modernize their practices, and manually tend forests, as Quebec has done since 2001. Convenience does not make it ethical. After 70 years of chemical exposure, the harm can no longer be denied.
The Ministry is still planning to spray even as the old “poses no unnecessary risks” story unravels. At the 2026 Seattle Glyphosate Symposium, international scientists said glyphosate herbicides harm human health, can cause cancer, and are most strongly linked to non-Hodgkin lymphoma. They also cited evidence of harm to the kidney, liver, reproductive, endocrine, neurological, and metabolic systems, and said children, infants, and fetuses are the most susceptible. 😵
